Frequently Asked Questions

Every Showit website purchase includes in-depth Video training that covers the essentials you need in navigating and editing all sections of your website. If you’ve ever used Photoshop, the interface is similar which makes for an intuitive editing experience. That being said, if you’re really busy and/or your needs are a little more extensive, please reach out about on-going maintenance assistance. 

In order to use your template correctly, you are required to own your domain (www.yourdomain.com - the address where your website lives online), and maintain a Showit subscription which provides your website hosting.

If you'd like to use the existing fonts in the template, you will be required to purchase a webfont license for your use (typically available for a single purchase of $30 or less - unless I note in the listing).  This information is included with your template download materials, and you're always welcome to swap fonts out for other free or brand fonts of your choosing instead.

You'll receive everything you need to serve you well for years to come! Your Brand Essentials package includes all logo variations, sub-marks, and brand elements in black and white (along with color) and in every file format: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .png, .jpg.

You'll also receive resources to help you reach full potential with your new brand elements: brand guidelines, type hierarchy, color hex codes, and launch graphics.
